Terms and Conditions for advertisers

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
The JustEngland group of websites is produced, maintained and promoted by Linn Barringer Limited (LBL). LBL expects and requires its advertisers to maintain high standards of accuracy when describing their accommodation.
Advertisers must ensure that details, including prices, advertised on JustSuffolk.com are correct and up to date; request corrections, changes, or updates through email to admin@justsuffolk.com.
Any complaints received by LBL regarding accommodation advertised on this website will be forwarded to the accommodation owner/advertiser for their direct response to the complainant. LBL will not enter into communication with, nor act as intermediary between complainant and owner, beyond forwarding the initial comments. LBL reserves the right to remove any advertising at its discretion.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
LBL will do its utmost to ensure that the details provided by advertisers are transcribed according to the advertiser's requirements. If LBL fails in this regard, we will correct any error as soon as is practicable. LBL reserves the right to change the general design of the web site, particularly in response to visitor or advertiser feedback, without reference to all or any advertisers.

PHOTOGRAPHS and other IMAGES
Gold page may have up to eight (8) images, Silver page may have up to two 2) images. If the advertiser provides more images, only available on a Gold page, or wishes to replace existing photographs on their JustSuffolk.com page, there will be a charge of £6 per image, with a minimum charge of £18. Photographs should be sent in .jpg format, of as high a quality, size and file size available to the advertiser. LBL will re-size images, usually to 180-200 pixels wide (or 180-200 pixels high in 'portrait' format), retaining the same proportions of the original image. The exceptions are the single main photo on Gold pages and the two main photos on Silver pages, which will normally be re-sized to approximately 350 pixels on the longest side. LBL will not crop or otherwise change the proportion images because this is very time-consuming. If you require particular proportions/sizes, please provide the images that can meet your requirements.
Examples:
You send an original 800x600 pixels image - LBL will re-size it to 180x135 pixels (or 200x150).
You send an original 600x800 pixels image - LBL will re-size it to 135x180 pixels (or 150x200).
You send a non-standard proportion image 753x528 pixels - LBL will re-size it to 180x126 pixels.

COPYRIGHT
By ordering an advertisement, the advertiser is confirming that they either own the copyright in any text, graphic, image, video, audio, or photographs provided to LBL or have received written agreement from the copyright owner to use the text or image for commercial use on a website, and you grant LBL a perpetual royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, and to publish them on any website operated by LBL. Further, the advertiser will indenmnify LBL against legal fees, damages and/or any other expenses incurred by your breach of these terms. The copyright owner may require attribution for the images, which LBL is happy to provide. Provision and renewal of any time-limited copyright licence is the responsibility of the property owner/advertiser.

ANNUAL ADVERTISING FEE (includes initial set-up)
The per annum fee for advertising on a JustEngland.com site is payable in advance. The year will commence on the day following publication on the website. After publication, there will be no refunds for cancellation prior to completing a full year of advertising. Price subject to change without notice to advertisers.
